Ritual Finnish sauna

Air temperature: 65 - 100°C

Humidity: 5 - 10%

Recommended time in the sauna:up to 15 minutes followed by a cooling phase

Its effect is primarily to relax the musculoskeletal system with subsequent overall relaxation. The high air temperature helps to increase the body's perspiration and thus the organism gets rid of toxic substances. It also strengthens the immune system, which is weakened especially after various severe infectious diseases.

The temperature in the sauna drops sharply from the ceiling, where it reaches a temperature of around 100°C, to the floor, where it is around 40°C.

Heating the body above normal temperature improves blood circulation and muscle mobility, the enlargement of sweat glands and the flushing of impurities from the body and skin. Sauna bathing is also a cold prevention combined with hardening and mental relaxation. Suitable for chronic inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, genital and urinary organs, cardiovascular system, chronic inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system, functional circulatory disorders, suitable for the treatment of upper respiratory tract, musculoskeletal disorders, insomnia, allergic conditions.

BIO sauna

Air temperature: 50 - 70°C

Air humidity: 30 - 40%

Recommended time in the sauna: up to 20 minutes followed by a cooling phase

Bio sauna is a compromise between Finnish sauna and steam sauna. Compared to the Finnish sauna, the bio sauna is heated to a lower temperature (55 - 70 °C) but has a higher relative humidity (30 - 40%). This humidity makes the bio sauna similar to a steam sauna. The bio sauna is suitable for individuals who do not like the high temperatures in classic Finnish saunas or do not benefit from the high humidity in standard steam saunas. This makes it more suitable for people who are just starting out and for children.

The bio sauna is gentler on the human circulatory system and poses almost no burden. It is very suitable for muscle regeneration and strengthening the psyche. As with all types of saunas, the biosauna significantly helps with the detoxification of the body. The function of the blood circulation is also improved.

Hobbit sauna

Air temperature: 65 - 100°C

Humidity: 5 - 10%

Recommended time in the sauna: up to 10 minutes followed by a cooling phase

Steam sauna

Air temperature: 40 - 45°C

Humidity: až 100%

Recommended time in the sauna: up to 20 minutes

In a steam sauna, the heat carrier is the steam generated above the heater. When comparing a steam sauna and a conventional sauna, it is clear that they are equivalent in terms of mode, i.e. the alternation of heat and cold, but different in terms of temperature. The steam sauna has a much lower temperature of 40 to 45°C and a relative humidity of 80 to 100%. Of course, after each steaming session it is advisable to cool the body down properly, for example in a cooling pool or shower, and enjoy a short relaxation.

Infrasauna

The infrasauna is available to guests only in the period 1.10. - 30.3.

Air temperature: 40 - 55°C

Humidity: 30%

Recommended time in the sauna: from 30 to 40 minutes.

Staying in the infrasauna is for a person who does not like high temperatures or for health reasons cannot visit a classic Finnish sauna, and does not cause as much fatigue as a classic sauna.

The infrasauna is also pleasant for children. When in the infrared cabin, although you feel the heating, you are actually breathing relatively cool air.

The effective infrared radiant heat penetrates deep beneath the surface of the skin and triggers many health-promoting processes. The deep heat stimulates the muscles and organs, the result of this stimulation is profuse sweating. The increase in internal body temperature causes increased blood circulation and stimulates circulation and metabolism. Through natural healthy sweating, deep cleansing occurs.
